    Yoga+Weights, a thirty minute yoga fusion workout, combines Kimberly’s signature yoga moves with three-pound hand weights to deliver an efficient workout to get you ripped in a short amount of time.. You will only need light hand weights for this workout and the DVD is done in voice over. Kimberly provides lots of intensity/ modification options. The workout is a flowing yoga routine that incorporate weights to add intensity to the routine. Typically Kimberly has you perform 5 reps of each exercise on each side. The workout is done both seated and standing and integrates breath with the movement. This workout is ideal for all fitness levels.
